Has a beautiful songstress found the man of her dreams?
With the great success of How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful over the past 18 months, Pippa + The Ghouls powerhouse singer, Pippa Curry, has been taking some much needed time off to recover. After three lengthy tours and multiple appearances in the festival routes, the 29 year old songbird has been laying low in London over the past two months. She had been spotted multiple times at her drummer's record and cafe shop, Lion Coffee + Records. The last time we saw Curry as a few weeks ago, heading to the hospital where best friend Paris Stewart was recovering from an unknown illness. Today, Curry emerges from hiding as she and an unknown man were seen going to Heathrow Airport.
The couple had no issue showing some sweet PDA of hand holding and kissing, while waiting in line to check in. The unknown man carried their luggage, despite Curry jokingly tried to take one of their carry ons. Before heading to their gate, Curry stopped to greet several fans waiting for an autograph and photographs. A source stated a fan asked who was the gentleman with Curry, which she cheekily joked, "That man? Oh.....some guy that wants to carry my bags. Met him in the street alley near my house". She reassured the fan she was joking and stating that he was her boyfriend.
Curry is scheduled to appear at the VMAs this year, after being nominated for two VMA awards: One for her work on "The Odyssey" video collection for HB, HB, HB and for her work for "Delilah".
Updated: Sources found out that the unknown man is a family friend of Curry's. A retired Marine who was close friends with Curry's older brother, James "Jaime" Curry, who died in war in 2013. His name is Charlie Jones. He works heavily with several art muesums in New York City and London.
